Richard’s Wilson’s film In a Crumbling fort that no one visits for TAPS: improvisations with Paul Burwell, was stimulated by the idea that Bow Gamelan Ensemble had of organising a performance on the Maunsell Forts, with the audience watching from surrounding boats.
